getKollege is an educational information platform providing college data, rank prediction tools, and peer mentorship services for NEET aspirants in India. You agree to:

• Use the Platform only for lawful educational purposes
• Provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting data corrections
• Not attempt to scrape, copy, or reproduce our data at scale without written permission
• Not impersonate other users, mentors, or getKollege staff
• Not use the Platform to spam, harass, or distribute harmful content

College data on getKollege — including cutoffs, fees, seat matrices, and hospital information — is sourced from official publications, government notices, and user-verified corrections. While we strive for accuracy:

• We cannot guarantee that all data is current, complete, or error-free
• Cutoff data is for reference only — always verify with the official counselling authority (MCC, state committees)
• Rank predictions are probabilistic estimates and should not be treated as guarantees
• getKollege is not liable for decisions made solely based on data on this Platform

You may register using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately at support@getkollege.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

getKollege facilitates one-on-one sessions between MBBS students ("Mentors") and aspirants. Please note:

• Mentors are peers sharing personal experience — they are not professional counsellors or medical advisors
• Sessions are conducted via WhatsApp or phone calls as arranged between the parties
• getKollege is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or outcome of advice given in sessions
• Any disputes between users and mentors must be raised with us at support@getkollege.com

Payments for mentorship sessions are processed by Cashfree Payments. By making a payment, you agree to Cashfree's terms of service. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information on cancellations and refunds.

When you submit a data correction through our "Correction Portal", you grant getKollege a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, review, and publish that information on the Platform after admin verification. You confirm that any submitted information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Deliberate submission of false information may result in account suspension.

All content on getKollege — including the design, logo, compiled datasets, blog articles, and tool algorithms — is owned by getKollege and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

College names, logos, and official data belong to their respective institutions and governing bodies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, getKollege and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or missed educational opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to getKollege in the six months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
